Shailene Woodley’s Extreme Diet for “Adrift”

Seeing as how Shailene Woodley’s character in “Adrift” gets lost at sea for well over a month, diet and exercise played a critical part in her preparation for the role.

And while the regimen was effective in preparing her for the role, she does admit it was “a lesson in resiliency and not something I would ever do recreationally.”

We caught up with Woodley and talked everything from her rigorous workouts and mental health, to how she practices self-care. And lucky for us, she was game to share it all!
